"Tough to classify Private Jazz issue featuring several members of Augie Garcia's rock and roll band from the early 1950's.  Dreamer Boy is a cool vocal, with a nice trumpet break but backed with quiet "doo-wah"s and piano.  On the flip side, Heavy Rock is an instrumental backed with a "jivier" (or "peppier") doo-wah/wop sound and rhythmic hand clapping/snapping to classy trumpet, saxophone, bass, and drum beats.  Pressed at Kay Bank studios in Mpls, MN as a part of the Minnesota Centenial Celebration of 1958."
